Over the past few years, Quest has chosen to concentrate on the Microsoft business
computing environment. This mainly includes:
Systems migration and integration, for example with UNIX or Novell, is also heavily supported. In addition to systems consulting and project management, Quest's team of Microsoft Certified Trainers can deliver virtually the complete set of Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) training courses allowing us to provide our customers with a "total solution" combining in-the-field assistance and specific training. Quest has assembled a team of ICT specialists, dedicated to being the very best in their particular field. All staff have at least five years professional experience, in a variety of different computer science, information technology, or business-related fields. All Quest staff are Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers, and all training staff are also Microsoft Certified Trainers. Some staff also hold secondary credentials, including Cisco and CISSP certifications. Whereas most IT consulting firms are satisfied that a number of their staff have attained MCSE status, Quest sees certification as merely a starting point towards further development. High quality service is our mission, and we believe that this can only be achieved by ensuring that all members of our team continually develop their skills. We do not use the word "expert" in a casual fashion, and have developed a program of internal mentoring and technical development to encourage transfer of knowledge. This means that we end up investing a lot of time in study, training, and brain-storming sessions within the team. Quest's client list includes well-known public and
private organisations, across a broad range of industries,
in the European Union and the
United States. Specific references are available upon request, but some of
our recent clients include:
