Who we're looking for:

  1. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers or Microsoft Certified Trainers (this is a minimum requirement!), knowledge of other computing platforms (UNIX, Novell, Macintosh, etc.) a plus.  Equivalent experience (without certification) will be considered.

  2. Intelligent, trustworthy, flexible, and committed people who can work independently and have a vision for their own development path.  Fluent knowledge of English, and at least one other European language, is required.

  3. Experienced project managers, consultants and trainers (minimum 3-5 years experience) who have made an obvious commitment to excellence with Microsoft technology.

  4. People who like to travel.  This is not an absolute requirement, but since many of Quest's clients have pan-European or global operations, it is an advantage.


What we're offering:

  1. An extremely interesting compensation package, including higher-than-average wages, meal compensation, a company car
    (plus fuel card), home Internet access, and other benefits.

  2. High flexibility and autonomy, including home-office options.  Our work schedule includes normal vacation days (plus national holidays), as well as an additional semi-monthly study leave (one week every two months).  You are only therefore expected to bill roughly 15 days per month.

  3. Personal home computer equipment, including a laptop PC, a desktop PC, home ISDN or ADSL lines, and all additional hardware/software you might require to perform your work.
