Business Critical

It all boils down to having access to information, quickly and accurately.  Data is useless unless it can be shared with the people who need it, when they need it, in the form they need it. Witness the widespread idleness and confusion when the network goes down:  work grinds to a halt, customers go unserviced, and the perpetual coffee break begins.  This leads us to the inevitable conclusion that the company's network is the #1 core component of all company business processes . . . it is the basic infrastructure, upon which all functional and operational activities are based.  It should not be treated lightly.

Key Design Factors

Based on years of experience in our field, and the drive for ongoing innovation and improvement, our network designs and implementations, on any platform, will always have four major points in common:

bullet Availability

Our infrastructure designs can meet the strictest functional requirements for high availability.  Even in the case of a complete server failure, the network can continue to operate normally. This ensures that a localised network service failure will never interrupt your business.

bullet Supportability

One of the most important requirements for a network implementations is that it can function correctly for several years. For every administrative task that may come up, Quest provides practical, thoroughly tested, and fully documented procedures and tools. Our training staff is also available to provide superior on-the-job training for network administrators.

bullet Scalability

Whether it is a small single-office environment, or a large enterprise with thousands of computers spread across the globe, we offer maximum flexibility by design. This guarantees a network that is able to grow both in size and functionality whenever the business demands.

bullet Compliance

One of our core responsibilities is to deploy network services that comply with the latest international standards and developments. That’s why we constantly test and evaluate every new innovation, even when still in the beta phase. And that’s why our implementations are always fully Microsoft-supported.
