In addition to the Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) coursework, including all courses relevant to the MCSE certification track, Quest can also develop tailor-made seminars and presentations. 
 

Custom Seminars (typically 2-5 days) are especially appropriate in a number of situations.  First,  your organisation might have a multi-tiered IT support function, with a large number of staff at very different levels of technical expertise.  It might not be appropriate (or efficient) to present all topics connected to a particular technology, to all levels of staff.  Second, the "official" course never covers your company's exact environment.   Microsoft Courses are designed to cover all the possible material, at a general  level . . . we have the ability to analyse your set-up, and develop a training that is 100% relevant to its environment and needs, and at exactly the appropriate technical level.

Custom Presentations (typically ½ - 1 day) are best suited to give a particular group in your company an overview of some particular subject.  Perhaps your company is planning a migration, and you want to evaluate a particular Microsoft product . . . we will provide you with the information you need, and because we DO NOT sell software, you can trust us for a fair and honest critique.  Or perhaps you want to learn about a new or upcoming technology, like Windows XP or Linux?  Let Quest save your staff hundreds of hours of research, and present the information to you – at the exact depth you require and carefully tailored to the audience.

Externally, Quest trainers work hand-in-hand on a broad range of implementations and migration projects, by training client staff to get the best out of the implemented systems.  One recent project involved a world-wide Microsoft Exchange migration (encompassing 40.000 users and 186 Exchange servers in 20 countries!) for a leading global supplier of mobile telephones . . . server operators and support personnel were trained in a just-in-time fashion, to facilitate the successful implementation of the project.

Internally, Quest trainers are responsible for leading monthly company trainings on a variety of cutting-edge topics.  Recent internal presentations (which are also available to clients as well, upon special request) have included "Security and IIS 6.0," "Windows 2003 and DNS," and "The Microsoft .NET Initiative."  It is this aggressive program of internal cross-training that keeps Quest associates at the top of the IT field!
